Unquestionably, regardless of what you're eating, alcohol is detrimental to your health.

Great!! Thanks so much!!
Alcohol is a drug...your body removes it from the bloodstream ASAP as it is a poison.
There is the idea that a little wine is good for heart health, but I've heard it's the grapes and that raw grape juice is just as beneficial (minus the alcohol).
Are you just starting out? When I first started this diet, I told myself I would have a few drinks every now and then for the sake of my social life. Now, the thought of drinking repulses me. If I smell alcohol on someone's breath, it is like smelling poison. I didn't have to try to give it up at all. So, don't worry about whether you have to stop drinking or about how to stop, just let it come naturally as you reach a higher level of health and happiness.
That is so true. I've made exactly the same experience.
Alcohol is bad whatever diet you are on, it poisons your body, making your body work really hard to get rid of the toxins when it should be dealing with all the good that's going on with HCRV...
If you want more cellulite, drink more booze.
huh? cellulite and alchohol.... any physiological details?
At the very least it will ruin you're appetite for a healthy breakfast the next day. Miss a good breakfast and you gotta play catch up. It's not worth it, plus it tastes pretty gross when you get right down to it. If a liquid is impossible to chug then it has no business inside you!
When your out go for a cranberry juice in a cocktail glass. It won't take long before you realize you are missing nothing and people won't notice or care.
long my journey I found that alcohol makes much more difficult the transition to HRCV 100 %
I advise you to stop as soon as possible
