30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone,


I'm just a little bit curious if you guys stop eating at a certain time or do you just limit your intake of food and drinks during night time?  I personally eat dinner around 6 or 7 and before 8pm I am already finished eating.  That way, my body will allow the process of  digestion before I go to sleep.  Do you guys follow the same thing?  ;)

I eat my last meal at 7.. comprised of avocado, lettuce, celery and tomatoes. Rarely if I'm hungry, I'd eat some more of that later.

Yeah, I usually finish eating around 8 pm because I want to go to sleep empty stomach and its suits me perfectly :) But if I'm at a party, I could eat even at 10 pm. Well naturally I go to sleep later than usual :)

Wow, you guys eat late. I like to be done eating by 6pm. Dinner between 4-5 is ideal. I remember watching a video of a 100+ year old guy who ate mostly vegan... they call him a vegan but he eats fish :( anyway he mentioned a lot of different health tips and one was eating dinner early, and he mentioned that time frame. I find it ideal, and it makes sense this time of year too since it gets dark early. I don't think we would eat after dark, in fact, I think we would get our last meal in before dark so that when it starts to get dark then we wouldn't be digesting our food but ready to go to sleep instead. With this 4-5 or 4-6 time frame I think we are better prepared to go to sleep once it gets dark.

BIG THANKS everyone for sharing your experiences.  It just sparked my curiosity too much that I have to ask you guys as well.  I have been doing the same thing also and it really does WONDERS to your body.  Back when I was on a SAD diet. I would eat a bag of chips before going to bed.  It was really terrible and I feel so bloated, sluggish and less energetic when I wake up the next day where as having my stomach empty before going to bed surely gives me so much clarity of my journey (dreams).  My stomach doesn't look and feel bloated. ;-)



I was wondering this too.  My last meal, usually greens is around 7pm, and most days I'm in bed by 8:30p.  Meals are heavier mid-day, then at night just green veggies, & maybe herbal tea.  On a cooked diet, I'd sometimes have acid reflux if I ate close to bedtime, but with raw, it's never a problem.  My thing is avoiding sugary veggies/fruits before bed, as they tend to make me too energized.

Yea I don't eat after sunset. That way my body doesn't have to worry about digesting during sleep so i can get the best healing rebalance and rejuvenation during sleep. My general rule is to fast from dusk until dawn, and to only eat when i get hunger pangs. But when i know i am going to be very active in the day i will load up on calories before my stomach tells me i'm hungry.

i try to do that, but usually im naughty and just pig out untill i go to sleep. i wake up feeling full though and then not have a big enough breakfast....so thats something i am working on! i stopped eating tonight at 8.45ish (i only had 4 satsumas though) and im feeling hungry still, but hopefully tomorrow ill be hungry enough to have a big banana breakfast :)
