30 Bananas a Day!

If so then how long for? Is it vital to soak them, will I still get the benefits if I don't soak them? And should I add lemon juice if I do soak them?

I've been eating tons of almonds and I soak them.

I usually soak them overnight or at least 2 hours.

It makes them easier to digest (and to chew).

I do not add lemon juice.

But since I've been abusing fat for too long, I'm cutting  off all overt fat starting now :)
