Hello, I've recently become a member to this site as I'm seeking to transform myself to all of you fun loving fruit and veggie, high carb munchers.
A lot of my close friends and gf are currently undergoing a 7 week paleo/primal style nutrition challenge... I've done this in the past and it wasn't for me.
I love eating high amount of carbs, so i thought i need to take action, cut out the crap and eat well, sleep well and live well.
I have a youtube channel where i will be posting up regular content, highlighting everything i.e. how much food I'm eating, what I'm eating, my struggles... and some humour in there too :) i would love it if i get some feedback off all of you, you may have tips if I'm going wrong or to overcome any struggles i may have.

Why doe it have to be only 7 weeks? What if we just seek the optimal lifestyle?
Sorry, I've involved a time scale purely to measure against. I'm active and want to see how much my athletic performance improves in that time, against some of my friends who are doing the Paleo Primal diet.
