Hey lads, for the past few workouts I've experience dizziness and being lightheaded when exercising. I feel like my blood pressure has dropped. I thought I might be under eating before workouts, but I'm having 5-7 bananas and handful of dates an hour before. I also have a litre of water before food. Has anyone experienced the same? I calculated may daily calories and I'm between 3400-4000 range. Should it go up?
