30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everybody!

So, I have a question about dinner time and workout schedule. I work everyday till 6pm and during that time I eat fruits, smoothies, salads and so on. In the evening I have a yoga class at 8 pm till 9:30 pm and after that I do some home training(weight, cardio, hiit) and all that usually ends about 10:30pm. Is that late to eat my high carb dinner? I can't have such big amounts of cooked food prior to my yoga class because yoga is really not good on full stomach. I usually eat nana ice cream with dates or nana smoothie before yoga and home training. Also I'm hungry after workous and have to eat then and I believe my body needs food after cca.2 hours of activity. I usually go to bed around midnight.

Also I have to say I'm not a completely clean hclf eater because I eat foods like oats, homemade bread and so on because it really makes me tummy feel good but I try to stay at 80/10/10 ratio. Also if I'm out with friends I wont stress myself when there's no 100% suitable meal for me,I just go with the best I can,as long as it is vegan and enjoy food, friends, fun times and occasionall chocolate pancake or smtg:) I believe that with good quality food one important factor in health is healthy mindset, the world won't end if one meal has a little more sodium and I believe more damage is made by the guilt and worying and stressing about food than that pinch of salt or something else. But that's just my thinking :)

Anyway thanks for reading and hopefully for answers on the dinner timing issue :)

That's a pretty messed up schedule.. :)

For optimal health dinner is at 5PM, bedtime at 9PM.

Messed up or not I can't adjust time when i have to work and time when my yoga studio has classes :) But even if that wasn't the case I can say for sure that I would not be in bed at 9pm, maybe if I had the whole day free but with working hours and everything, that would leave me zero time for myself, friend, family and so on :) Also I love watching a good movie in the evening or just  staring at the stars on a warm summer night :)))

I wake up around 8am and on the days when I don't do yoga in the studio I do it in the morning in my home(yoga is my first love and activity I enjoy doing every day) and strength/cardio if I catch the time after work or smtg. On the days I go to studio it's just much more convenient for me to do strength/cardio training after yoga because i'm stretched and full of energy and I just feel so awesome afterwards :D
I guess I'll have to adjust my eating plan a little on the days I go to yoga in the evening and train afterwards. Will try some combinations and see what fits my body the best. Big thanks for the reply guys! :D
