Having some sudden sqeamishness in my body today, wondering what to do and do you have any other thoughts on why I feel like this?
Last night around 8 oclock I ate some dates with a small handful of almonds and brazil nuts. I had eaten some fat that day and honestly, I could've gone without the nuts and would've felt great! So I ate a small sour mango after that and later I slowly sipped a glass of coconut water. I felt good before I went to sleep because I waited a while to digest and I didn't have any unusual side effects. Nuts have never in my life made me feel nauseous, maybe my body is becoming more sensitive because I have been eating less of them. Meanwhile after I ate, I talked on the phone with my friend who wants to be vegan but he ate meat yesterday because his uncle made it for him and he felt sick so I was sending him good vibes to help him feel better and he said it worked! but now i feel sick, lol.
Also, this is the longest I have ever been 100% raw and I can feel my body detoxing a lottt. That could definitely be part of my upset stomach. I cried this morning and I feel like I am experiencing a lot of past emotions that I used to feel like I couldn't handle, but now I am just present with them so they are rising to the surface.
I woke up this morning and laid in bed for about an hour because my stomach feels extremely sensitive. I haven't thrown up but I feel like I could and the thought of eating fruit especially acidic ones makes me queezy. I'm drinking some mild ginger tea and it has definitely helped but I have NO appetite and that is rare for me. I feel like my body is so wise and it knows what it's doing but I want to eat so i don't get dizzy. Any suggestions on how to sooth my belly? and what to eat?! Thanks :)
I did end up throwing up later that day and felt immediate relief! I layed in bed for hours that day and the discomfort didn't bother me unless I had to move lol The next day all of the symptoms were gone and I've been feeling good since :)
