30 Bananas a Day!

I've been experiencing some unusual acne, specifically on my forehead which is normally the last place you'll ever find acne on my face. Also some bad breath which is strange because I only eat fruit, veggies and starches with minimal seasoning. I've also been having a bloated belly regularly.

Are these detox symptoms/has anyone experienced something similar 5 months in rather than initially when starting this lifestyle?

What's your diet like?

My diet is generally similar with fruit for breakfast, 6-8 bananas most of the time, then I eat a snack of some other fruit, like oranges, watermelon, papaya, etc. For lunch if I have enough ripe fruit I'll eat fruit, otherwise, if I'm on the go like usually I am I'll grab a big juice or some cucumber/avo sushi or some dried fruit as a back up plan. For dinner I always have a main carb steamed (usually potatoes, the occasional corn pasta or rice) and some veggies either steamed or sauteed in water, no oil. Or my family makes me veggie soups sometimes. But that's generally what I eat everyday.

I had big acne breakout (3 months long) after more than one year on this. So very possible.

oh wow is it gone now? do you think it could have been detox symptoms?

Thank you that helps! and puts my mind at ease haha. I'm willing to deal with the detox symptoms for the success on this lifestyle because I know it will be worth it :)
