Hi um lately I've been having intense anxiety and depression since starting this lifestyle been getting little to no sleep and i'm constantly hating what i see in the mirror I've been raw till four for 23 days I'm 13 years old and I was expecting to lose the 15 pounds i wanted to. I've avoided the scales because i don't think it's helpful but I do have a nutritionist and she makes me get weighed because i used to have an eating disorder well still do and i really don't want to get weighed all my friends are talking about the latest diets and how they want to lose weight and start going gym and it makes me feel so depressed and anxious not just that but other factors I wont get into I've been eating Around 1900 - 2500 calories a day i try to go over but i just can't fit that much food in me. I feel sluggish and hardly exercise like twice a week and it used to be like 5 times a week. I sleep irregularly and i have really unsupported suicidal thoughts. ANY HELP!!! i'm really confused. I weigh the last time i checked 53 kg and 5'2 but I've probably gained because of restriction from when I was 40kg. Any help and i Know i shouldn't focus on weight loss but I haven't seen any benefits my fats are quite low and even my skin hasn't improved yet.
What exactly have you been eating? Give us day's menu. How many times a day do you pee?
Um well I'll have like a 6 banana smoothie for lunch, breakfast is usually a slice of watermelon on the go. Then when I come home from school i have like 8 kiwis and 2 mangoes. And for dinner I just have potatoes or rice with stew( the stew contains oil) and some roasted fries oil free. Pretty much the same everyday someday's I have vegan cereal sometimes not depends. And i pee like 3 times a day.
Ok since you have had an Ed your mindset is going to take awhile to get back into a healthy range. Get as much sun as you can, take B12 and vitamin D. Have more greens in your diet. Try a green smoothie every morning and huge salads at lunch. Try to get outside for a walk if you know of anyone who has a dog start taking it for a walk.
Get your thyroid and iron and B12 and Vitamin D checked by the doctor.
Try to find a yoga class and start meditating.
Volunteer at an animal shelter if you have one in the area.
ED wreck havoc on the brain and body chemicals, you will feel better.
If you can and feel like you want to try going 100% raw for a few days to see how yu feel.

breathe, seriously deep and slow, get some sun, it has amazing bennefits, a part of the human dilema is everybody experience anxiety and depression, just chill in nature enjoy its beauty earth fire water and air you are the elements get out there and take them into your body, walk bare foot, enjoy the sun, drink more water, and breathe in the air of well ventalated places which means outside and not indoors, A/C is not good for your body.
