I feel like it's pretty much the same thing as regular, with a little less caffeine. That is to say, addictive and unnecessary. You'll feel much better once you cut all stimulants and just carb up for energy.
more carbs needed if you still reaching for coffee or decaf its a nasty non food that stains your teeth and you might to return to regular coffee . i did .
it tastes horrible a child would not drink it we have maladapted to "like" the taste of coffee beer etc ...
drink 2+ quarts of water and finish your dinner early before 6 pm so you enjoy a BM in morning after drinking some water get your activity each day preferable in the morning time for fantastic digestion .

i remember my first cup of coffee at age 18 in college tasted like yuk then began to like it and its jolt then 30 years go by before I came here to learn about carbs to overthrow such a nasty intrusion of my central nervous system
my first cup of coffee, beer, wine tasted terrible but i did not listen to my bodies good sense got hooked then unhooked : ) alls well that ends well
