Okay so I thought I would ask what you guys think of my meal plan for the day. Today is day 1 for me into a raw vegan lifestyle.. Going head first from a very high fat poor diet!
I woke up around 6:30 am drank a liter of water
About a 1/2 hr. after I got done drinking the water I ate a little less then 1/2 a big watermelon
Around 2 1/2 - 3 hours later ate almost a full bag of green grapes
^ what I ate so far...
Drink another liter of water
Then around 2 - 2:30 ( about 3 hrs. after I ate the grapes ) I am going to make a 10 banana smoothie with some greens mixed in.
Then I am going to take a 10 banana smoothie to work with me and drink it around 6 pm also with another liter of water thru out the night.
Then that will be it for the day.
My activity level..
I don't workout but I have two kids who keep me moving all day along. I'm constantly cleaning my house and playing with my kids. Then I go to work at nights and clean from 430-930 I do 3 big floors constant bending, vacuuming, mopping, ect.. So I thought I would pull my belly button into my back while standing/cleaning and then do squats to pick things up instead of bending over..
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

It's recommended that you get at least a half a pound of greens per day on average so either add quite a bit of greens to your smoothie or have gigantic salads every day or so.
Don't worry too much about working out at first. I know from experience that working in a job like that you burn quite a few calories plus you have kids so I'm sure you don't have much down time! Just keep up with the fruit calories, water, and make sure to get enough sleep! Good luck :D
