Hi guys, I'm new to this site but have been vegan since the beginning of the year, and feel I am ready to become hclfRV. I searched online and could not find a direct answer. I know dates are not bad for you, however, has anyone tried eating only dates? I have heard some people eat just bananas or mangoes for weeks on end, but never anything like that with dates. I want to make this easy as possible for myself, so eating dates, along with green juices is what I have come up with, and if I crave any other fruit along the way I won't limit myself. Thanks in advance.
Ask some Namads in North African deserts :D they do it since centurys. Maybe not 100% dates but its their staple.
Im eating a lot of dates since im in Germany and i like them more than bananas, but it has to be good dates! I get Mozafati dates from Iran they are black and juicy, also check out dates paste, just blended dates formed into a block, great for datorade.
Freelee did a 7 day date island, search her youtube videos for it.
i tend to loose weigth when i'm doing like dateraid for 3 meals a day then snacking on other stuff in between. if i do the same with say bananas however i wont loose might even gain. Tho its not always been this way i've been known to loose on just bananas too.

That would sound interesting as an experiment, for at least a week. I would agree with Matthias, that they better be some high quality dates! We could both try doing it and update one another.
It would seem to be a great advantage to graze on them throughout the day via dateorade.
