You could eat 600g per day every day of the week, no problem !
Dates don't work for me very good if I eat them on a daily basis. I get dehydrated (even if I blend them in a lot of water or if I drink a ton before/during eating them) and don't feel very good after eating a lot of them. If I eat a few, that's okay. If I eat them during a long run, that's perfectly fine as well.
If you just like them too much and want to eat as much as 600 g once a week, then I say FINE. It's once a week only, and that's a better treat than eating any junk food.
I don't think eating a lot of dried fruit on a daily basis is very good. Better stick to water rich fruits and/or whole starches.
