30 Bananas a Day!

So I know everyone on the forum says it's not possible to eat too much fruit etc etc.  ANd I can see how with water dense foods that might be true because you can't physically fit that much into your stomach so you won't overeat etc.  But I'm wondering if I'm eating too many dates.  I've been gradually increasing my calories for the past 8-9 days I've been lfrv and generally end up eating 2500-3000 planned calories a day.  But then the past few days at the end of the day I've been craving dates like crazy!  So for the last few hours of my night I've been snacking on anywhere from 4-15 dates which is a lot of calories late at night.  I'm not craving any food besides dates.  Am I not eating enough during the day or is this actually one of those emotional cravings that the lfrv diet is supposed to get rid of and isn't?  Should I take a break on the dates?  Or embrace my cravings?

Dates are very sweet and simply delicious, and that can be the cause for a craving right there. It could be that your body is wanting more calories also.  If you feel good wh;en you eat them, embrace the craving. Craving something is not a bad thing. It is your body signaling you that your hungry. What you choose to eat when you get a craving is what will define it a good thing or a bad thing.

I myself have had such a love for dates at certain times that i eat myself literally sick from eating too many. They are just so good. For some reason though, i cant eat more than 10 or 15 in one sitting or i start to feel kinda weird. 

maybe I'll go on date island for a little bit lol...at least I'll be eating a ton of dates purposefully :)  And I'm trying to get in more carbs today.  I've got 27 very ripe bananas calling my name!  Could always make a great banana-date shake...my new favorite song is about that combo :p

 

make sure if you do date island to eat lots of greens and maybe even some overts... dates aren't that rounded macronutrient-wise.
really?  The Chronometer says that a mejool date is like 67 calories...not true?
