LOL!!! DR it's very nice of you helping out Dan with his issues. He's a cool guy really he just needs more fruit!

Thanks Rob. :)

It took me about 7hours to make this vid. Running a marathon takes more glycogen than making vids like these IMHO. Good thing I only do what I enjoy.

There's loving the guy!! (and everybody else who gets the knock on benefits)
Wow. You are so right and thanks for making me laugh at the end. well done
When I see someone out riding on the side of the road and they have a bike problem, I stop and give em a hand. Same in youtube world. :)

I recall reading something once about the rats who were purposefully underfed in studies to see if caloric restriction would lengthen life.

Their lives were longer, but there were noticeably more lethargic and seemingly miserable.

Watch the video with that in mind.

Would you want to be in this fellow's mental state?

If not, eat a few bunches of bananas.

Best wishes,

Chris

The rats are probably being fed foods that aren't near optimal so the food itself causing diseases and health issues. Starve them and they do better because they're not digesting as much toxins.

Sumo Wrestlers nearly always become insulin resistant and diabetic during the competition season. Then it's usually corrected for the most part every season of calorie restriction. That is if they don't die of diabetic complications, high blood pressure, and heart attacks first. So yes underfed sumo wrestlers would also live much longer but for the wrong reasons.

Same with people fasting for more then a day or two. Taking a break from unhealthy foods can help heal and cure some health issues but at the cost of malnutrition and stress on your organs as you hit ketosis. Its better to eat the healthiest diet daily then to do repeated taxing fasts and bouts of insulin resistance.

if food had digestive enzymes it would digest itself on the counter wouldn't it? the untwisted story is that cooked food has inhibitors to the enzymes our bodies produce naturally

That video was amazing.

Shaking the datorade! Hahahaha.

I agree with this one:)
hahahahahaha what a finnish

It is not a matter of letting people be how they are or whatever. People are misguided all the time and only a true friend will call it to your attention if they think something you are doing is harming you

- Amen to that Doodles, so true. If I want to throw myself off a cliff one day, I hope there will be someone around to pull me back, 'slap me around' and help me see the light ;)
