i have just discovered that cronometer doesn't have young coconut meat only the water is on there or the meat from a mature one, which is obviously some what of an inconvenience. has anyone found it? or... has anyone figured out a way around it? adding a fraction of a mature one maybe? if so how much?
thanks for your help,
i googled young thai coconut nutrition facts. and added the whole thing. meat and water. i thought when someone added a 'new' thing to the cronometer it showed it to everyone??
Energy:140.0kcalProtein:2.0gCarbs:28.0gLipids:3.0g is what i got off the net.. hope that helps??
thanks, i'll just add it. i've been using a different cal counting app so i didn't know i could. :)
That sounds like the info for just the water. Coconut meat is extremely high in fat.
the yound stuff isn't so much actually....
young thai coconuts are LOW in fat. the hard brown coconuts are fat bombs. :)
