ok, haven't been doing the crono thing long so some help would be much appreciated!
I'm comfused with my cron-O-meter today. Way over my cals which is fine but nearly all carb 168%. Bit only 28% in protein and 12% in fat..is this right? Obs loads of carbs is good and did well it just the others. What do you think?
What did you eat? How did you get so little protein? I guess you didn't eat any greens, did you?
yeah i forgot to highlight it doh! Think this looks better but still not quite balanced is it? Really want this ap to help me stay on track so would love some advice and tips!

Energy: 2349 kcal / 2500 kcal (94%)
Protein: 26.0 g / 28.9 g (90%)
Carbs: 602.7 g / 231.2 g (261%)
Fat: 10.7 g / 12.8 g (83%)
And I ate this today:
8 Bananas, raw
200g Dates, medjool
12 large Strawberries
1 Lettuce, romaine
7 cherry tomatoes, red, ripe,
100g Dates, medjool
What does this sound like? Am i on the right track??
Those are just the targets they set for what is assumed to be the correct amount of carbs/fat/protein. You shouldn't worry about them, but worry about your total % in terms of the macronutrients carbs/protein/fat.

According to cronometer, I ate 383% carbs, 148% proteins, and 109% fat today LOL
Ok the caloric breakdown says 92.5% carbs, 3.4% lipids, and 4.2% protein :)
similar to me! I managed 261% carbs but 92.5% of the breakdown lol
