I did weight it, thats why i know its 6lbs aprox! And its SUUUUUPER loaded with nutrition according to chron-o-meter! I should post a screenshot, right?

I just did something similar yesterday with arugula, tomatoes, cucumber and made a THICK
dressing of a Butternut squash + onion + green pepper + carrots + garlic ...
i could have eating the dressing by itself! :D
I eat this much when i cant get my calories thru the day... i am very active in my job and dont really have the time to SIT DOWN and eat.. and I HATE eating on the go. I just cant!

I dont eat cooked butternutsqu with anything else, its a monomeal.. thats how i feel the best eating it...
but when i make salads, i simply use butternut as a thick dressing, but just half a cup.. and its more of a soup which i pour on top of the salad..... ok...sounds kinda disgusting!haha
but its actually amazingly good! :p
And i didnt take the seeds away.. so maybe it does weigh less... but i DO eat the skin, so...
The skin just tastes....crunchy i guess! :P I only eat it when cooked...
so.. its kinda like the texture potatoes' skin tastes... just...crunchy! you should try it!
I kno! Green + brown..... my boyfriend cant believe i love what i eat.. but then
again, if i cover his eyes and make him try...he actually likes it...
