30 Bananas a Day!

Hey everyone! So today is my 25th day 100% HCRV, and I have never felt better! :) I have almost completely cured myself of many ailments already, so I can't wait to see what the future holds! Lately, I have had a CRAZY appetite! I am shocked at the amount of food I can eat! (In a good way!) When I started I could barely eat 1lb of bananas! However, my appetite has just recently increased within the last week or so. I was just wondering if anyone else's appetite kind of spiked, and then leveled out? Or did it just keep increasing? I would love to hear other people's experiences with it!! :) Oh, and I'm 5'9 1/2 and 119lbs and I am moderately active. I run, bike, weight-lift, and do yoga. Thanks for any input!

Ohh yeees, my appetite has also increased soo much hahah ;)) When I was on a SAD diet, I was satisfied with one little bred with cheese for dinner and now I eat 6 mangos or 15 bananas or GIANT salads easily in a sitting .. :)

Congrats on achieving almost a month of 100% HCRV!  I'm so glad that you're feeling so good and seeing your health improve.  That's awesome.

As for your appetite increasing, that sounds about right!  You probably weren't eating enough food in the beginning as it's so hard to do at first before you increase your stomach capacity.  But you're already very slim for your height and your body is probably letting you know that it's time to eat more calories to maintain your weight and be able to be active and healthy and happy.  Just go with it and enjoy the abundance of wonderful fresh fruit and veggies!

I've been on this diet for approx. 6-7 weeks.  I've NEVER had a good appetite but now I find that I'm eating, eating, eating.

Whether I'm getting everything right or not, only time will tell, but, like yourself, ailments that I was experiencing have disappeared, my weight is going down and I feel soooo much better.

I can't offer you long time experience, but thought it would be positive to let you know that I'm experiencing what you are.

Today, my appetite is <bananas>. For breakfast I had a papaya, two bananas, strawberries, and two mangoes. For a snack I had datorade, two more bananas, and 8 more dates. I'm so hungry again and it's not even lunchtime.
