I have been loving doing this lifestyle and have had no issues til a couple days ago. I hadn't felt anything regarding leaving salt behind and leaving excess fat behind. I'd just been doing avos and tomatoes in the evening. On an 'off' day it would be two avos instead of one small one.
But the last three days, something happened and I got quite hungry and cra
ved cooked food again so had it three nights in a row after all day on fruit!
This has been a pattern I have been dealing with ... If I go back to cooked at all it kind of spirals.
What I noticed is that a] I had gotten lower on my water intake, b] I hadn't put greens into my smoothies that first day when I got the cravings, and c] I was around tempting cooked food in the evening by the time I got hungry and caved.
I'm reaching out because I do intend to stick with this program. Perhaps I need a bit more support to get through these initial months!
Any ideas would be appreciated!
