howdy everyone! so, i am fairly new to the 811. it has been 2 months and i feel great. however, all of a sudden, i am craving candies and i have been bloated and gasey. what is going on? i do eat a bit of cooked here and there, but not much.
any advice is welcomed by a newbie.

Don't forget to eat 3000 calories a day minimum, and more if you exercise or do lots of thinking. Never limit how much you eat.
you guys are cute. thanks! yes, fruit is where it's at and yes, i may not eat enough calories some days. i need to start keeping track again. i am so happy on fruit. i only eat veggies at dinner and even then, i eat fruit first. so, i totally agree with you.
i noticed that the bloating issue happens as the day goes on. in the morning, i have a BM and viola, flat stomach and feeling awesome.
