15 banana breakfast

15 medjool dates mid morning

3kg bag of oranges including peel (2.5 kg edible?) lunch

15 medjool dates afternoon

1 pineapple and 5 banana smoothie at dinner

2 cucumber, 2 cos lettuce, 5 banana to finish dinner.

Breakfast - Watermelon (~6-7 kg)

Lunch - 15 bananas

Dinner - 6 mangos

and then salad with celery, cucumbers and mango.

thursday 04/04.. in work 13:00 till 15:00

09:00.. 13 medjool dates

11:00.. 8 golden kiwi

13:30.. 2 litres of fresh organic orange juice

16:00.. 16 medjool dates

17:00.. 4 nectarines

18:00.. 200g spinach + 300g lil gem lettuce + 600g toms

total 3700 cals


friday 05/08.. in work 6:30 till 9:40

10:00.. 18 medjool dates

12:00.. 2.5 litres fresh organic orange juice

15:30.. 2 galia melons

15:50.. 13 medjool dates

17:00.. 2 galia melons

18:00.. 200g spinach + 300g lil gem lettuces + 600g toms

total 4150 cals


saturday 06/08.. in work 6:30 till 15:50

08:00.. 2 litres fresh organic orange juice

12:00.. 16 medjool dates

15:00.. 1 litre fresh organic orange juice

16:00.. 2 galia melons

16:30.. 20 medjool dates

18:00.. 7 nectarines

total 4550 cals

I've been cooked high fat vegan for 2 years and LFRV for one month. I had rice twice in the first week but other than that no "slip ups", and I don't get cravings. Just got to get in those carbs. I know the healing process is slow and was wondering if any one could offer some advice? 

So I'm 5'4" and 120lbs. I know but body is holding onto a few extra lbs and am more comfortable around 110lbs. I am active but not outrageous, about 45min-90min 5 days a week (running, hiking, yoga etc.) And have been eating about 2,500 calories on average. Should I eat more? Or less? And I'm consuming about 3-5L of water per day. (Sorry to be writing so much!)

Yesterday I ate:

2 honey dew melons

10 dates

7 banana smoothie

2 cups of mixed fruit salad (grapes and pineapple topped with unsweetened shredded coconut)

1 cup veggies (carrots and defrosted edamame)

Today so far:

6 banana smoothie

6 dates

2 large glasses of home made juice (beet, carrot, apple and ginger)

I'll probably have another 6-7 banana smoothie and a large bowl of veggies, salad about 5 dates
