i think you coudld eat raw fruits/veggies the same day but just wait at least 4 - 5 hours, it also depends how much pudding you ate, was it a whole plate?
some people feel better eating cooked for lunch and raw/vegan in the evening, try it and see how you feel :)
definitely eat some greens for dinner! to balance out the cooked! :)
It might take about 4 hours for that lot to digest and move out of the tummy.
Once 4-6 hours pass, then it is your choice. I might eat mono meals of something like oranges later on, and have a green lettuce salad.
