I've been loving HCV a lot, but recently I've been finding that when I eat cooked food, I don't feel well. Is that normal? Because I boiled some potatoes today and mashed them, and when I was done I literally felt nauseous. So I'm thinking that I'll head in the fully raw direction, obviously, but I wanted to ask if anyone else had this experience. Am I unhealthy (/deficient) because I can't eat cooked food normally? What's going on?
