30 Bananas a Day!

Recently moved to Kenya, where there is endless sunshine and bananas. Not to mention pretty inexpensive fruit.  Don't have internet where I live.  Came into town got on my computer, I've been out of the loop for the while.  I slowly been working my way into eating higher and higher percentage raw.  Can knock back 30 bananas a day pretty easily now, BUT I check Durain Rider's chanel on Youtube, and see, he eats cooked food now? even reviews bars and other vegan products?  I'm confused, I thought he was like THE MAN when it came to 80 10 10.  Tell me what I am missing here.

he's fine. what he's doing is presenting a back-up plan. so his message is fruit is best, get as much as possible. and when it's not possible for you to get fruit then have cooked carbs with no or lowest fat. that's because harley is all about the carbs for best results. basically in comparison to the other peers harley tells us about a back-up plan and others go by raw is law more or less. and along with that some will eat more fat vs carbs from another source such as cooked potatoes, rice or even pasta if that's what going to keep you carbed.

i am certain that harley's health and great athletic performance as well as being a happy guy with a happy message is first and foremost due to the heaps of fruit he eats. he says it himself. he's not holding the fruit message back at all. not at all. he's simply adding a back up plan because he worked out that people can't get enough fruit at times.

and i don't know what the bars are about, but i don't mind.. i don't worry about some bar made of fruit, goodness me :D

Yea rather than have people give up or go back to eating SAD or animal products, DR and Freelee are promoting healthier back up plans when no other fruit is available and or to make the transition easy for newbies.  They still teach that a diet of raw fruit is better than all other plans.
