Agree! I am more convinced now since I listened to my biochem professor few years ago!
I have studied human physiology only, but I found it flipped a little switch in my mind when someone (also a vegan) in a video I watched recently pointed out that ALL animal's bodies cells run on glucose, and therefore more compelling arguments could be made for carb-based diets in humans. Comparative anatomy, maybe? I wonder what the Kreb's cycle looks like in a carnivore? No different from us, I would think. But digestion would look very different? Just a thought.
