I use romaine and butter lettuce most of the time. But it's not going to wrap as nicely as collard wraps.
Yeah I've been trying to think of all the possibilities but nothing seems as pliable and thick as collard greens.
I'm going to the market today so I'll probably end up just staring and feeling all the different greens hahaha.
Swiss chard works pretty well!

I use sprouts wherever I can! They're wicked tasty!
