Here again, hello everybody!
Im experiencing new feelings with this great HCLFrv lifestyle. But now the feeling its a bit strange.
Introduction, as short as possible.
We are in winter, under 20ºC and above 10ºC. So of course, we are not going to the beach, yet, and we are eating lots of oranges.
The point its that my hands and feet are sooo cold, I'm freacking out, this winter its a bit colder than other winters, but, I've been in places were temperature goes down to the floor, and never had this weird situation.
What keeps me talking alone : ) its that I'm feeling this hard cold ONLY in feet and hands, I don't understand anything.
I've think about blood density, about problems with the blood system and even about the fat (if there is almost no fat under the skin, I understand its hard for the body to keep it at temperature). But, is it like this? Are these parts of the body the lowest in fat? Or maybe my blood, somehow, can't get to the smallest veins which are far from the heart? Is it the density or…
Any replies will be appreciated.
Thanks a lot, have a great HCLF raw vegan day!
Hi Zeus, I would be interested to know the answer to this question as well. I also have very cold hands and feet and my lips turn purple occasionally. Where are you living?
So lets wait for the people who has the answers! hahaha
I live in Canary Islands, Spain. I haven't experience the issue about the lips turning purple, but if they do I guess thats too cold for them!
Where do you live?
spicy nick name btw : )
ginger its my mum's favourite ingredient for infusions.
You're in a much warmer climate- I am in Zürich, Switzerland. (Although it has been unseasonably warm lately). Because I am cold all the time, I am taking baths almost everyday which I know will dry out my skin. I also try drinking herbal tea or hot water with lemon when I get cold. (or ginger tea which I love too!)
Its quite hard to keep having meals and drinks on natural temperature in winter, without warming them up, right?
What my mum do, its add oregon to every meal, even if you won't taste it, she has read that oregon warms up the inside body.
I also have tea or infusions, although i use them to warm my hands haha!
Looks like nobody knows why we get this cold feelings on the extremities...
I've been in cold places wearing the same material as now, but your point makes sense!
so, which material, in your opinion, its better to wear?
What about the blood issue? makes sense?
