As someone who is new to the HCRV journey...Is coconut or almond milk ok to mix with fruit to make a smoothie? Is this good food combining? If not, what is a good liquid to mix in with fruit besides water?

I'ts probably not optimal but If you use just a little bit it should be okay, make sure the nut milk is raw and free from swetteners. ps homemade coconutmilk taste so much better!
