30 Bananas a Day!

Hello everyone,

For the last 6 years I have been struggling with a mystery illness but I guess I have been in denial about it for most of those years. I ended up dropping out of university twice during which i had 'ibs' for a year of which would lead to me being in complete agony and sometimes puking whenever I ate anything with fat in. I then tried working full time which ended in me having a emotional breakdown because I was getting aches all over my body, started muddling my sentences up and was just collapsing on my bed after every shift. Fast forward to now I'm getting regular vitamin deficencies, blood count abnormality and i have a abnormal brain scan result with new symptoms seeming to appear every few months. I just turned 25 and I really want to get better. The doctors I have seen so far have not helped me at all- this whole time the only 'treatment' I've gotten is antidepressants and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia.. I now believe this has all stemmed from a EM rash I got in some remote parts of Malaysia in 2010. I had a negative Lyme disease result in 2014 on the NHS, but I've heard these tests aren't great as there are different strains of Lyme disease and the tick can also infect you with other bacteria as well. I would travel to the other side of the world to see a Lyme expert but I just don't have the money.
All I really know is my body is going through hell and I'm looking for any advice and guidance from someone who has been through something similar and healed. I have been vegan for years now but with the fatigue and lows i had all but given up on trying to be healthy which won't have helped me. I recently started taking some strong probiotics, take NT factor and I'm currently eating hclf, as much raw food as I can get but I have struggled to find good quality fruit so far. I bought a exercise bike which I have been using almost daily the last week but I have started feeling worse/crashing so I think I need to listen to my body and scale it back.

I think i've watched this video before, i'm aware of durianriders position on fasting and i agree with him it's not a good weight loss tool or something that should be generally done and you need to be careful. thank you for the link I will bear this in mind. I also watched https://youtu.be/EnRB5HKKcfE .. There are different opinions but there are so many testimonials from people saying it helped heal them from sickness and it is something I am willing to try if there is any chance it could help heal my body. I have faith in the bodies ability to heal itself but I would definitely look into it further before I did a prolonged fast especially if I wasn't gaining anything from briefer fasts.

Lypo-spheric C, something like 97% absorbed, as good as or better than intravenous Vit. C!!!

Or find an orthomelecular Doc who will do intravenous C for you, but it's cheaper to do the Lypo on your own,  I would do one packet every half hour until my symptoms were gone.

Just a few thoughts about fasting, I am so happy that some people do their own research and make it part of their life. Yes accidents happen, the problem always is people not knowing enough. When fasting the body dumps in the bloodstream tons of toxins and sometimes the liver gets overwhelmed and the person ends up in ER or six feet under. That is why it is so important not to listen to anybody else, if you start feeling really bad, headachy, low energy, dark urine, you better brake the fast right away and try again in a week. I have done numerous fasts up to 25 days with no problems.

I remember back in 1998 I was reading the book Fit For Life 3 when came across maybe the best quote about fasting. I found the book yesterday, and here is what Harvey Diamond says on page 139.

"The subject of fasting is far too complex and deserves far more space than can be allotted here. Suffice it to say, however, that there is no health routine that is more thorough, effective, or beneficial than a properly conducted fast, and no other area of healing that is more neglected, misunderstood, or unfairly maligned. Those who call fasting and starvation the same thing are sorely ignorant of the physiology of the human body. It would be like calling swimming and drowning the same thing."
