30 Bananas a Day!

I started the 811 diet 2/3/13. Im better than I was but still exhausted and glued to my couch. Im getting over 10g per KG of body weight and drinking water and am out in the sun as much as possible as well as supplementing b12. Im 85-95% 811. My mom keeps telling me to incorporate mind work along with my physical healing. But I just cant believe that if you get your arm wacked off that you can think yourself a new one. anyways I get tired easily, and just want my life back. any suggestions? how long did it take you to heal? did this diet help at all?

Calories!  More calories from fruit!  How many calories per day of fruit do you get?

I was not eating as many calories as i should of! i know it says i was eating 2000-2300 I lied lol i was getting maybe 1500 and most of it was from orange juice. I binged out on cooked vegan food mostly high fat and salt. :/ Ive also noticed not grazing and just getting my calories down AND NOT EATING ANY COOKED FOOD staying 100% raw is what works best for me, as well as proper food combining! When i eat cooked food i litterally pay for it all day and the next day! Ive also switched my b12 sup. to pure vegan brand and I can actually feel a difference with that. If i may say Ive also live by this if you feel crappy the first month it maybe detox but if you crapy past the second month its healing. I am now in the process of expanding stomach for bigger fruit meals. I hope in 2 years i can post on here about how im fully healed and my fatigue is a thing of the past :), right now i still have it sometimes but its also been a struggle to get enough cal.s but i just eat until i wanna puke hahahaha ;)
