First of all Welcome to 30BAD! :) I'm glad to see you on here and I'm sure you'll get lots of support in your emerging fruitarian lifestyle!
As far as "baked veggies" Here on 30BAD , unity of purpose is taken pretty seriously, and there are certian ingredients and types of food recommended against eating because experience has shown them to be less helpful when trying to follow a 100% LFRV diet. Even if the food isn't something proven to be "bad" the idea here is that if you want to jump in with both feet to a 100% LFRV lifestyle then this is the place! :)
If you want to debate diet types or do a lot of transition postulating, you may find yourself bumping up against the guidelines. Don't feel worried though, people here are great and helpful, but I just wanted to give you a heads up so you'll have a decent "lay of the land" :)
So eating cooked foods, using salt and some other things are just not supported here. I realize you are "sparkly-new" so let me point you to some of the forum guidelines. Here's one about ingredients:
