Six years raw, that's great. That will surely preserve your youthful and exotic beauty for a very long time.
As for the spiritual methods. I'm not 100% sure yet. But I have noticed that many people I'm friends with who were members of the same spiritual teaching as I once was have managed to preserve their almost exact same appearance over 20 years. One of the major methods used here is mantra meditation.
Which is simply chanting a highly charged spiritual word. Also simply knowing for sure that you are a spiritual being I think could help. Makes one realize that you are truly immortal and that there's really very little to worry about in life.
When you live and radiate in God's love and beauty, then I think it naturally tends to keep you young. The body loves joy and that vibration can only be good.
But I believe there's a way for advanced spiritual students and or masters to turn their body into light and to be able to stay young at any age. I haven't witnessed it myself in person but I just tend to believe it's possible due to my studies.
I'm investigating Kriya Yoga and other ways to transcend the illusion of reality of the physical world. Certainly scientists like Einstein have proven we're nothing but energy and mostly space. So how can we learn to control the atoms of our body and turn them to energy at will? Would be similar to how atomic energy works.
Could that be possible? Why not?
Check out these inspiring stories from the classic book, "Autobiography of a Yogi" for more of an idea of what I'm talking about.
I recommend the whole book. Whether it's completely true or not I can't say for sure. But I have had many spiritual experiences myself and know for sure that I'm much more than just a physical body. I have no fear of death due to my inner experiences, some of which have predicted events in my outer life.
There's an especially entertaining story which I like which is about the Tiger Swami. Maybe it's more appealing to men. I don't know. You can read it below.
