I'm not saying that you are wrong about the vegan stuff. I've been vegan for over a year , but I am starting to not care if I am healthy or not. it's too exhausting. I ate 8 apples for breakfast and it's just not fun anymore. Do you ever feel the need to indulge your self on dairy products or cheese?

Thanks , Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
no to to harm to others is to harm myself
I understand how you may get tired of RAW (not really), but being tired of veganism? Are you crazy? Are you crazy?
Get some sunshine + weights+ carb cals Zak! lol
You look anemic man.
Apples for breakfast??? Id be STARVING an hour later lol!
no hard feelings!! everyone needs tough love.
Well I've been pretty much HCCV for the past few months! I've binged on orange juice, apples, and cranberry juice here and there . Dates are really expensive (7 dollars a pound) . I don't have a job and can't afford them. I don't really fancy bananas, and fresh oranges are always grungy -I'm not sure when they are in season. Watermelon is out of season right now in the United States, I think
you got binge to be on this way of life you got to do as DR says "eat till you drop" being comfy with eating large amounts of calories and huge volumes of fruit .
if not possible eat rice its cheap and packs the calories in easier for many people. you need calories go for the target of 3000 calories a day its the key to this game. eat man ! eat !
I eat a good amount of rice. I only like white rice. Brown rice is kind of gross. I like whole wheat over white flour
Amen, and guess what? I'm not crazy about nans either (le gasp!). At least not the ones in most US groceries. I can only stomach a few in whole form.
But blended, it's easy to get they down, especially when blended with some tasty grapes or berries.
Also look into plantains. When very squishy and ripe, they're superior to nans in both taste and cals when blended, IMO.
dates are $4/pound go to Costco, nanas like 44 cents, around $18 for a 40 pound box.
You're not going to make it without nanas and/or dates as staples on this lifestyle.
Never. Did you go vegan for health reasons only?
No, I went vegan for many reasons including ethics. I'm 19 and I live with my mom right now , who is very stuck in her dairy consuming ways. SHE DRINKS 2 GALLONS OF MILK a week by herself. If I didn't live with her I wouldn't even consider consuming dairy. She has the standard SAD arguments . What's really annoying is that one time I poured her milk down the drain , and she told all the neighbors whom I don't even associate with. SUPER EMBARRASSING. She's evil. She always screams really loud when I argue with her , and I just quit because I don't want the neighbors to call the police
