I used to eat them daily !! but I stopped because of the sugar it contains and the other ingredientes that are not labeled in there. I gained a lot of weight on cereal, I lost it when i changed that processed sugar to fruit sugar.
Since i stopped eating them everything is better, i can eat all I want of fruit instead of cereal and I feel great.

Honestly corn flakes aren't optimal!! The more processed the worse it is!!
