30 Bananas a Day!

How many of you guys depend on eating cereal or other "processed foods" I chose some corn flakes whose only ingredients were cornmeal, sugar, and vitamins. They are pretty good and I have been eating them 2-3 times a week. Is this bad?

I used to eat them daily !! but I stopped because of the sugar it contains and the other ingredientes that are not labeled in there. I gained a lot of weight on cereal, I lost it when i changed that processed sugar to fruit sugar.

Since i stopped eating them everything is better, i can eat all I want of fruit instead of cereal and I feel great.

Honestly corn flakes aren't optimal!! The more processed the worse it is!! 

Ill occasionally mix in some Plus or Sustain in with my oats,but i usually try to stick with plain oats or brown rice and mix in some sultanas. Topped with banana milk or watered down soy milk. Cinnamon is a good flavour to add if you want to cut back on raw sugar. I think the problem with processed cereals is you don't really know what's in them or what nutrients are left.
