NICE!!!!!! I'm a nursing student and I would love to see my patients with results like this!! Is this an improvement for you? I'm just curious, cuz that would be an awesome testimonial. I just started in this lifestyle a few weeks ago and am noticing increased energy. It's incredible you were able to achieve your results with such a high starch diet! I still get nervous eating pasta (I started making quinoa and zucchini pasta), but maybe I can relax and add some more pasta and potatoes and rice. I'm hoping to have reduced creatinine, which will mean improved kidney function for me - I only have one kidney and I have polycystic kidney disease! Anyway... great to see you are so healthy! Those HDL/LDL should be framed!

i can't say if this is an improvement or not. this is my first blood test. don't be afraid of pasta or starches. they're cheap and delicious. make your own sauces without oil and no/minimal salt. i personally prefer corn pasta but around here it's $4/lb vs regular organic pasta $1.50/lb. thank you and good luck on your journey.
