This is bullshit. I'm happy she recommended drinking water, but that's about the only thing I agree with. Eat your fruits and vegetables, eat as much of them as you want! White rice is SLIMMING.
She isn't even a nutritionist. She's a pilates instructor.
I left a comment on her video with some constructive criticism, maybe we could get a large group of us fruit/starch eaters to comment and separate fact from fiction?

Personally, I'm not a big fan of pilates, but she makes great workouts. Her health advice? Not as good.

I don't think they are awful; but I just find it frustrating because they aren't focused on health. If you are healthy you will be lean LONG TERM. And I know her channel is very popular among teenage girls.
she feels slow and lethargic after eating rice because of the oily sauce she has on the rice. no way is she eating plain rice or plain bread.
