Sorry it looks that way, I'm just curious because I was doing a whole week high-fat. But I think I'm missing some bacteria in the gut OR fruit takes bigger space in my stomache? What do you think?
I have bloating issues too: My stomach starts making funny nosies beacuse of the gas and it is really uncomfortable, becasue people can hear it and I am at work.
Did you have something like that? I am not sure I could handle a year like this. It has already been a month and I am starting to get a bit worried. Any advice on this please? Thanks so much!
Remember that is just his experience. Some people adjust faster or slower than others. Just listen to your body, eat a lot of juicy, water-rich fruit, and be patient. :)
Thank you Julia!
When you say high carb do you mean cooked high carb? or raw high carb?
If you mean cooked high carb cut them out of your diet and go raw.
Also cut fat out of the diet for a while, it sound like you have candida overgrowth.
No, no, fully raw. I eat nuts, but maybe a handful and not everyday. But I will try not eating any for at least two weeks. Do you think I should go to the doctor to check candida, or just addapting to less fat should work?
Thank you so much, by the way. I had not thought of that possibility.
It sound like your colon/gut is not in very good health and is an underlying issue that has to be addressed before one can succeed on the 80/10/10 diet.
I suggest a three day juice cleanse is in order followed by a low fat raw vegan diet without overt fats for 6 weeks.
I would also suggest a taking probiotics once you have done the juice cleanse.

Make sure you're paying attention to food combining rules. cut out cooked food, especially beans and legumes if you're eating them. give it some time.
I love mono meals and I do pay attention to food combining, so I just have to give myself some time to adapt and learn.
You guys definately help. A lot.
fat generally is low volume and low water seeds are good example
carb is high volume and high water
digestion powers grow over time
finish dinner early so digestion can rest up for new day work aka daylight eating FTW
Yeah i've also been doing this for about 2 months and my stomach gets bloated sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. I can't seem to figure out what causes it. Sometimes I feel like its the bananas even though I eat them pretty ripe. If I can't eat enough one day and have some rice or something that almost always causes it. It is really uncomfortable and kinda embarrassing. And my pooping schedule gets messed up also. Do you think I just have weak digestion?
No, it's the rice. If you're going to keep eating it, try drinking a tonne of water along with it.
