I dont like salads and I dont really drink smoothies so I eat my greens by spreading avo on some romaine lettuce and putting tomato and celery, u could put cucumber , herbs whatever you want and kinda make like a wrap its so good and I can eat like 1\2-1 head of romaine this way, probably more. If you do have smoothies, you can make green smoothies. If you want to have them in salads then try making some kind of fruit dressing
I make a fresh salsa and drench them with that. But I have no problems eating them plain either. I just love salsa as well.

It depends on what I have on hand But I typically blend up tomatos cilantro a hair bit of onion not a lot or its just too over bearing. Green peppers or whatever color.
You can take this a step further and get creative blend tomatos with spinach or kale and add in some of your other favorites then pour that on the greens. Yeah the green sludge looks aweful but tastes great!!
Or blend the greens with the tomatos and drink it down. I've done that too. I've seen people blend spinach with bananas and magos etc.. I havent gone there yet but its another way to sneak the greens in.
for me my pallet has also changed in the last 2 years. After you go a long long time without eating say a snickers bar for lack of a better example suddenly other options taste awesome. I did atkins for over a year one day i ate a strawberry and was in heaven another day i ate a grapefruit and couldnt stop eating them. Both of those options prior to atkins I would not have touched. I hated grapefruits. Mangos I HATED mangos. Now i love the stinken things!!.
Give it some time it does come around. But yes At times I felt and do still feel that I'm eating out of utility I'm eating for the nutritional needs at the time not exactly eating for enjoyment sometimes.
my salads are usually just one type of green and tomatoes. try it! just something like spinach/tomatoes or lettuce/tomatoes. after a while u get use to them with no dressing :) I CANT EAT SALAD WITHOUT TOMATOES!

Add alot of veggis in a blender with some bananas! really easy to get in greens that way
I used to have this issue. I experimented with some awesome dressings and now i cant get enough! My favourite ones at the moment are- orange and dates blended, and pineapple and cilantro blended. seriously amazing! hope it helps
greens + something sweet + blender = quite tolerable actually green smoothie.
You might even find you're able to consume more greens that way than you could munching.
