I still can fruit in the summer to save for christmas gifts, and I would say that canned fruit is as non-raw as it gets. Most of the time you have to boil the fruit in sugar water for up to 45 minutes, then put the boiling hot fruit in jars, and drop that in boiling water for another 10 minutes. Not raw. But it makes great christmas presents.
canned stuff has other problems too like metal leaching and/or plastic lining leaching as well as MSG added to help our taste buds think it tastes good, (not required to be put on the label if it's not "pure" MSG), which has many problems and is addictive.
