first of all, im sure being unhealthy and stressed out about your health is one of the leading triggers to your depression and tiredness. doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result...isnt going to make you any happier.i know, because ive been there. now i might be one of very very few people here to say this but in the past it worked for me, so here it is...i dont think you should do banana island, or even take full action with a high carb, fruit in abundance diet. (right now) ...honestly i think an actual candida diet would do more wonders. i know this lifestyle is against any form of starving sugars out of your body. but initially i really think its what people WITH candida problems should do to fully heal the candida. check out thecandidadiet.com
, some of the foods allowed to eat on it are not vegan, but you can easily do it vegan. in the past i did it for one month (and vegan), and i completely cleared up my monsterous skin. after that, i slowly began to eat high sugar fruit again, and then a high carb again, and never had problems since....i became happy and healthy afterwards. so yeah...take the journey in steps...try it out. if youve been high carb for years and not healed the candida yet, then why not give the new approach a go. at the end of the day, we are all here to be the healthiest we can be, in the most ethical way possible, different routes that get us there should not create diversity. so never think that doing a candida diet would put walls between you and high carb fruitarians. we all have different journeys,.. but one mission.
