I've been getting lots of concern from people as i've been struggling with some health problems. I'm taking care of these problems that were due in most part to very low B12.
Everyone's concern is with the way I eat (almost exclusively HCRV with the exception of cooked vegan very rarely). They seem to think I don't have enough variety.
Bananas, dates, berries, romaine, baby spinach and celery make up the most of my diet these days.
Money is an issue and also can't eat citrus or acid like fruits like apples, grapes, etc.
How much variety do we really need? Or could a person be healthy eating this very simple yet not quite varied way?
It's also winter in Canada, so ripe fruit is harder to come by and more expensive!
YA right, have them list what they eat! ;)
We get way more vitamins and minerals on raw and in the right ratios! A blood test might help. But really there are so many nutrients out there yet to be discovered...it seems obvious we just need to eat raw fruits and tender greens from the very best soil and get our sun and clean water and be active.
This is one of my favorite videos, now tell me who feels like this on cooked, this is just so right!
Thanks that's the way I usually think!! I guess i've been feeling vulnerable since I had some issues. even though they weren't necessarily caused by what I eat, i've let myself almost get brainwashed!!!!!! Nothing wrong with being a minority. Will check out the video now. Thank you :)
