30 Bananas a Day!

Ive recently been loving the naked juice called the green machine.

I have checked all the ingredients, and nothing in them seems unnatural or anything, yet ive still heard that it falsely advertises its nutrition.

If a brand is known to falsify info, I would never give them my dollar.

Besides the cooked factor there are two more really good reasons to stay away from Odwalla, Naked and Santa Cruz among other brands.

#1) One applies to all canned and bottled fruit and fruit juices: the processing and storing of the fruit releases methyl alcohol that is essentially as harmful as drinking aspartame or loading the body with formaldehyde, see this interview: Dr. Mercola Interviews Dr. Woody Monte Real emergencies where you have no dates available, no fruit whatsoever, no frozen fruit, no fresh smoothies or fresh juices and you have a real problem with any cooked anything like sweet potatoes then I could see drinking fruit juice.

#2) Odwalla, Naked and Santa Cruz all contributed money to stop the labeling of GMOs in the recent California food labeling initiative.  That means they want to be able to or already are using GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms)  in their products.  Stay far away imo.

List of financial contributors.

Uncle Matt's Organics is openly anti-GMO as well as anti meatndairy and they contributed money to support labeling in the CA initiative to require all CA foods to be labeled if GMO.  They label their juices as GMO free and have an open letter on their website talking about their anti-GMO stance.

Lakewood organics are an independent company and have started labeling their juices as non-GMO.

You can call the company and ask for whatever information you want about it, including the "natural flavors". The ingredients are required to be listed on the product. "Natural" can almost mean anything in the list these days, which definition's regulated by another organization.

*aspartame is no longer required to be listed on ingredients in organic products:

its all pasteurized.

don't believe them, they lie. lol

I drink it if I'm on my bike far from home on a burning hot day.....

You never really know what junk they hide in there, probably get BPA from the bottle and what not.
I had a big bottle today because I was starving but I wouldn't suggest anyone else drink it on a regular basis.
