30 Bananas a Day!

Not sure if I should put this in the cooked group or not, because it's all about wanting to be raw mostly.
But when I was first starting out, it was pretty easy to be raw most days. Now I get home from school and I'm very hungry, but I look at the fruit and feel too lazy to eat a lot. So I usually have bananas for breakfast and lunch, but when I get home I sort of binge out on rice, spaghetti, vegan chili, vegetarian fat free beans, and chips with salsa.

Maybe I need to eat more during the school day but I usually have 4-8 bananas in a smoothie for breakfast and then 4-6 at lunch. I feel like I eat way more or exactly 3000 calories because of all the cooked food, I'm like super hungry all the time.

Any suggestions, advice, or explanation for my hunger and bingeing? I want to do Freelee's challenge and I planned to but it's hard for some reason. And I'm putting in weight, not sure if it's fat but I think that's from the cooled meals because I feel and look the lightest and best on raw.

You need to eat more fruit.  You basically are starving yourself all day of course you go for cooked in the evening your body wants food any food at that point.  I eat 14 bananas for lunch.  My breakfast can be a whole 15-18 pound watermelon which works out to about 10-11 pounds of edible flesh.  And dinner is whatever other fruit I end up eating like grapes or cantaloupe and the fruits change as the seasons change, then I usually try to finish the evening off with some lettuce greens.  I eat around 3500-5500 calories a day usually closer to around 4000-4700 a day.  I am a female and right now I am sedentary but I want to incorporate exercise as soon as I am able to.  This is just an example I am not saying you have to eat what I am stating but don't fear calories just make sure you are getting enough eat all the fruit  you care for.  If you can't handle big meals of fruit because of volume graze in between meals on fruit.  However try making each meal just a little bit bigger and each time you have a main meal and then as you get larger meals snack a little less then and continue the process until you are able to get your stomach accustomed to a larger volume meal.  Then you can have 3 - 4 main meals a day and if you feel you need more you can still snack on fruit in between.
