squats with weights combined with a high calorie diet(since you want to gain more muscle) but some women just have more because of genetics not exercise.
Don't do endurance running, do short track sprinting to build up glutes. Stair climbing is pretty good too..
If you do lots of squats, lunges, "leg days" and leg excersises, sprinting in short burts ( about 100 meters is optimal for muscle growth) and eat tons of fruit and vegetables and carbs you should be on your way there!!!! I like weight lifting classes and stuff like that!! See what classes are offered at your local gym!!! Incline hikes or bikes also are great for butt lifting!!! You can also go on youtube and look up "butt workouts" and do those!! Good luck girl!! I am on a similar mission ;)
Some females have a naturally flatter bum, sorry that's genetic!
But any exercise will help 811 weight loss; as you drop the lbs, you will see some bum appear.
Squats are great, also prone back extensions/leg lifts (like the yoga Locust pose)
To answer your question, no. Your best chance is exercise.
squats and uphill cycling/ running are your friends! lots of water, training consistency and rest days and you'll have the best physique you've ever had! :)
