So, I want to lose 15lbs.
I went from 236 down to 146 with the help of 801010 and exercise. I am 5'5''. Now I want to be bikini ready. I am already confident in a bathing suit at the beach (minus some stretch marks :/ ) but still have some fat on me. I haven't had too much time to exercise because of school, and now finals are coming up, but I still have been going to the gym a few times a week.
I KNOW I can take in enough calories, so that isn't a problem, but could I be eating too many calories?
I know about mixing my fruits.
I know how to eat ripe fruits.
I can eat a whole watermelon no problem.
I can EASILY eat 1500+++ calories a day. (I have unlimited access to dates, (but eat more fresh fruit of course)
( I think I eat closer to 2k)
Your MINIMUM is 2500 calories. :)
When I eat that much, my stomach hanggggs. I really don't know what to do.

YES! I live in LA, and there are a lot of Persian/middle eastern markets here. I get a lb for $5 and usually have a few lbs on stash. Yeah they are great quality! They are these
THANKS! I'll do before and after soon. Took about a year and a half or less. I went from meat, to veg, to vegan, to raw and lost about 60 and then back to vegan lost another 20 and no back to raw and lost another 10, and I want to lose about 15 more ASAP haha
Move to LA. haha....

I am ALWAYS hungry. I am really sedentary though.
I am upping my water intake like MAD, but I still feel like I am getting fatter.
And having so many dates is a curse. I easily eat a pound a day. I could eat more if I didn't think I would get fat.

My only advice is keep up the diet and exercise but with the progress you've made you have to be happy with where your at and your life and habits etc.. the rest will come in time. I'm having the same problem myself hte last 10-20lbs are KILLER to get off i run a lot and still got some so shed this has been going on for more then 6 months trying to get those stubborn few to fall off. I quit killen myself over it a long long time ago and just decided to keep it all up because its what I should do and its what I enjoy doing I assume the rest will fall in place in time. I went from 275 to 140 but the last 10 i dropped in the last 6 months or so. I guess it slows at this point I dunno.
I feel great eating like this and visually i see progress even tho the scale doesnt tell me anything I might end up smashing it hahahah all it does is annoy me I got healthy habits etc.. I dont need that stupid thing!
