Check out the Rawsomehealthy channel on YouTube--she had a baby earlier this year and stayed fully raw/fruitarian for her pregnancy and is now nursing as well. I think that the 80/10/10 book says to stick to the macro breakdown but just to eat more.
I was vegetarian for my first two pregnancies and vegan for my third. I did not worry about macros--I just ate a largely whole-food diet. I am still nursing my son (he's 18 months), and I've been eating Rt4 for the past 6 weeks or so.
