Hi i'm Tim and I just started a LFRV lifestyle and I was wondering how to get rail thin like Harley. I see alot of these bodybuilders saying in order to lose weight you've got to be at a caloric deficit in order for that to happen
Theirs A Photo below of My Current weight
I'm 6.0 ft 188lbs 14% Bodyfat 19 years old
Also the last photo was when I was cutting on a standard american dieting and went down from 188 to 176 but I stopped being active for about 3-4 months and im back at 188
Heey TIm, how are you doing? You see, in a low fat high carbohydrate raw vegan lifestyle, the excess carbohydrates(calories) get out of the body by some mechanism called Dietary Thermogenesis, that expells the excess energy as heat if I'm not mistaken. It's not stored as fat. It is actually something that goes against what some of us have been reading/hearing for a long time but there isn't any long term fat raw vegan, and they eat tons and tons of food.
wait so that means I don't have to worry about gaining weight! & I can basically eat as much as I want without watching my carb intake!
Exactly. Some people might experience some weight gain, but that usually has nothing to do with gaining fat. Again, no long-term frutarian has ever been fat, quite the opposite, they're lean, healthy and full of energy. I recommend watching Durianriders' videos on YouTube, he has many videos on fat loss, and debunks common diet myths.
Exactly dude, eat up man.
