30 Bananas a Day!

today after i ate i got a tingling sensation and buzzy feeling behind my eyes and all over my body. like a good feeling, full of energy. but this is the first time i've had it behind my eyes & i'm not sure how to descibe it. anyone else get that??

i've recently really been making an effort to get in my calories and make this work and it's like i get all tingly for a few hours after fruit!

how long have you been raw vegan?  i get buzzy stuff all the time :)  love it :)  im still new..so i know alot of things will level out..they sorta have been the past month. alot of it is the body detoxing and getting used to all the new available sugar for blood and energy :)  helps to run..work out..use the energy..then you just feel altogether amazing...but then make sure to replenish immediately with plenty of carbs to keep the ball rollin :)

i've been raw on and off nearly a year ago, but low fat vegan for years. it's getting more easier now though and i've been keeping to very simple mono meals for the past few weeks. Just need to make sure I have lots of fruit stocked up and eat enough. :) I think you're right my body still needs to get used to always having the sugar coming in. I've had a history of starving myself or having measly meals of half an apple, and sometimes my meals can be nearly more calories than a week's worth than my old days! the energy is awesome, and i can't help but exercise each day. :)

Well very very glad your eating!!  I hope you are now aware of how unhealthy and awful it is to restrict calories..or not eat!  Dont know if you have seen it already but Freelee has a wonderful youtube vid on how many calories she eats and how thin and fit she is, and great she feels. she NEVER restricts...or ever even thinks about TOO MUCH..her and harley make a point in theyre vids often that there is no such thing as too much fruit. if after a week or so of eating as much fruit as you can put down (with extrememly low fat intake that is) you happen to see fat gain...which i HIGHLY doubt u would..then your incredibly sedate and need to be working out or moving around more. we are not sedate creatures and need we require exercise. so with sufficient exercise, eating PLEANTY of fruit (i almost force myself to eat at least 5-800 calories every meal and i eat about 6 times a day..sometimes more and sometimes more calories.  but try to never be less. and i just do pushups and pullups 4-5 times a week. and I am shredding fat and slowly adding muscle everyday. and most important feeling good all day. very happy you found 811 and found health ! :)

thanks for the encouragement :) yep i've seen how much fruit freelee eats and she has such an awesome body. i know it won't make me fat, but fit! i find i'm more bright and positive and want to get out and be active more than before. it's near impossible be sendatry eating so much yummy fruit :p i tend to eat around 600-800 cals a meal too but more around 3 times a day but breakfast is my biggest meal, so i get enough. i'm fairly active i walk about 5 miles a day and go on long bike rides a few times a week and started working on building some strength into my muscles. i'm never going back to restricting cals, the mood swings and depression is not worth it! hcrv for life :)
